Data collected
The quote form may collect the requested service, preferred date, origin, destination, cargo, weight or volume, name, company, email address, an optional phone number, shipment constraints, an optional document uploaded by the user, the source page and, where present, campaign parameters.
Limited technical data may also be processed to keep the site secure, available and working correctly.
Local audience measurement records the page, referrer, device category and completion of three goals: a successfully sent quote request, a telephone-link click or an email-link click. The IP address and user agent are processed briefly to create a hash that rotates every day; the tool does not store the raw IP address or a device fingerprint.

Purposes and legal bases
The data is used to qualify and answer a request, prepare an offer, manage the relationship, protect the site from abuse and improve pages and contact journeys using aggregated statistics.
Processing mainly relies on pre-contractual steps requested by the person, FEESGO’s legitimate interest in securing and improving its service and, where required, consent.

Recipients and transfers
Data is available to FEESGO staff who need it and to technical providers strictly required for hosting, email, forms and security. FEESGO does not sell personal data.
Audience data is stored in FEESGO’s WordPress database. Optional usage-data sharing with the analytics vendor is disabled and no external analytics account is connected.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, FEESGO requires a recognised transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

Retention
A prospect request and related exchanges are retained for no more than three years after collection or the prospect’s last contact, unless a contract starts or a legal obligation requires a different period.
Contract, billing and legal-defence records are retained for the applicable statutory periods. Technical logs are limited to what is needed for security and diagnosis. Audience-measurement data is deleted automatically after thirteen months.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing depends on it.
Email services@feesgologistic.com and specify the right you wish to exercise. You may also complain to the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.

Security and updates
FEESGO applies organisational and technical safeguards proportionate to the risks. This policy is updated when the form, providers or purposes change.
